Are there late fees?
Yes, late fees are 5% of the rental payment.
How do I pay my rent?
You may pay your rent online, or you may choose to pay by check.

Rent is due the first day of each month.
What screenings and background checks are required?
Credit and criminal checks are performed as part of your application process.
Should I have renter’s insurance?
While not required, we do recommend you have renter’s insurance.
Can I sublease?
No, sublease agreements are not permitted.
What are the rules regarding pets?
Pets are typically permitted but must be approved prior to move in. If approved, there is a non-refundable fee of $250 for the first approved pet, and $100 for each additional approved pet.
How long are your typical leases?
Rental leases are for one year.
Who is responsible for utilities and outdoor landscaping?
The renter is responsible for utilities and all on-property landscaping.
Are there additional fees?
If you choose to have one or more pets, there is a non-refundable fee of $250 for the first approved pet and $100 for each additional approved pet.
What is the security deposit?
You will need to provide one month’s rent as security. Please note that your security deposit may not be used as the final month’s rent.
